Cristine Ramsdale, MA
I am a mental health counselor registered in the State of Washington. I hold a Masters of Counseling Psychology and specialize in working with adults and adolescents.

Prior to joining Folktown I served as a clinician for Sound Mental Health, counseling adolescents and their caregivers. My previous education included art and theology. I spent 10 years mentoring college students through a non-profit organization called The Navigators, and led art mentoring groups through the national organization Via Affirmative and the Artists Life Guild, a local non-profit in Seattle.

In addition to private practice, I am a freelance artist creating mixed media paintings with concrete images on abstract backgrounds to express inner experiences. In both painting and counseling I look for the beauty, texture and color that capture the layers of story that occur on and below the surface of all our lives.
