Samantha Conley, Psychotherapy Intern
I am a psychotherapist providing adult, adolescent and couple counseling in Ballard. I treat clients struggling with depression and/or anxiety, trauma (past or present), family of origin concerns, and disordered eating patterns.
As a therapist, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, welcomed, and free to be yourself. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based modalities. If our wounds are formed in relationships, I believe they can only be healed within them. You are the expert of your own story. I will follow your lead with compassion, exploring how you have learned to relate to yourself, others, and the world. Together, we will look at relational patterns from childhood to understand how they have shaped who you are today—and begin healing the wounds that have kept you from living the life you genuinely want.
I am completing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Colorado Christian University (Pending April 2026) and a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Psychology from University of Maryland, Baltimore County, 2017
I provide in-person sessions and telehealth (when appropriate).
